We furnished practically our whole home through Topnotch, and everything is excellent quality. Where else can you run in at the last minute and say, "I need a moose lamp!" and they find you a really nice one. I've always had excellent customer service too. We're lucky to have such a great furnishings store here in Ketchum.

The products are high quality, which is why my family and I have been loyal customers for decades. The products do not, however, make up for the demeanor and lack of customer service I have received from the ladies working there. Time and time again, I am met quite literally at the door with such an uptight attitude that I have wanted to take my sale(s) elsewhere.
