Jef is amazing and his work is excellent! He saved my VHS tapes from the 90s which, last time I played them on my videotape player, there was no sound! He "found" the sound and I am so excited that this archived stuff is not lost! He also videoed a few of my shows recently and I am extremely happy with how these videos turned out! He has given me options on which audio I think sounds best, he gets stuff done in a timely fashion, and he's a super-nice guy!! I was so excited to get my videos digitalized! I had VHS, 8 mm and another 8 mm size that was actually the wrong video for my recorder. Jef put them all on DVDs and a flash drive so I could upload them and share them with family all over! And that wrong tape which originally was fuzzy streaky video, Jef made it quality viewable memories for me and my family! He truly cared for my memories and preserved them for me and my loved ones.
