Great place! Customer service was awesome! Brought the kids with us and the owner had small toys for kids to play with so we could conduct business (mostly) uninterrupted. Owner was very knowledgeable and repaired our Kirby quickly while providing helpful recommendations to extend the life of our unit. Will definitely be coming back! The only recommendation I would have is I wish their sign was a bit bigger. It’s easy to miss their shop if you don’t know exactly where it is.

I haven't been there but seems like a very cool vacuum store. There should be another location of this business open in areas of Texas like Lewisville, Denton, and Dallas.

The owner and operator has everything you need. He knows his vacuums. Most of all honest and affordable, keeps maintenance records too!

My Kirby vacuum was sparking while running. The owner James fixed and cleaned the vacuum. And I would definitely recommend to bring your Kirby vacuum here for service.
