I one of my pet rat snakes pushed out of his enclosure threw the acrylic doors, so I had to replace the flexible acrylic with real glass. I was able to put in the order and pick up the small glass panels to replace the doors in the same day. this would have been the end of the story, but my measuring tape was worn out and was off by a 1/16 of an inch and the doors did not fit. Great start, bad ending, so we ordered a glass and Alec Acevedo (always being in bad mood you can feel it on his voice on the phone), he just never accepted that they made a mistake on my order (wrong size glass), short story He wants to charge another $600 dlls to fix my door because he needs to send someone to fix the problem that it was completely their fault, they didn't install the door at the correct way.
