I've been with Consumr Buzz for years now! Not even thinking of switching to any other! They are hands down the best! No doubt in my mind. They are extremely attentive and always ready to handle any changes or questions to my website, no matter how big or small. The representative that I am fortunate to work with is Antonia. Omg, she is amazing! Exceedingly knowledgeable, thorough, and very patient for even low tech folks like me. She covers all aspects of my website needs. This was very helpful. I no longer feel like I am trying to get placement all by myself. Much has changed in the last three years for me including phone number, a new cell phone and new location from Washington State to West Virginia.
Cath was very helpful and professional. She took the time to assist me, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate her patience and excellent customer service. Thank you, Cath, for all your help! Highly recommended!
I want to thank Arlyn for her outstanding support throughout my Google Business Profile verification process. She followed up afterward to personally share the good news and ensure everything was completed successfully. Arlyn was knowledgeable, responsive,... read more
I am so very happy with the care and support I got from this company!! Ashley was so kind and helpful with everything! There were a couple of hiccups on my end which the company took into account and understood the severity of the situation and instead of letting me go as a client .. they continued to call me and check in .. and stayed with me until I got everything corrected ! Would absolutely recommend this company !! And as a small business myself .. I am thankful and grateful for their support!
