I manage rental properties and have used Cincy Tree for years. I wouldn't call anyone else. Gary (the owner) is an all around good guy and just the best in the biz. Plus their rates are affordable.
I called early last week and left a VM to call me back in regards to getting an estimate for tree work at my house. Never got a call back and its been over 1 week. Poor customer service.
