Incomplete job (discovered missing part and broken part) billed for work not agreed on prior. Advertised as an independent business, told me after that he is an employee of the government and obligated to take pictures of the vehicle and report everything to SGI without prior consent. Unfriendly, unaccomodating with entitled attitude during phone call to discuss billing and part replacement.

TOP quality professionalism here. Bought an out of province vehicle, set up an appointment on way back to Saskatchewan. Unfortunately we took a rock in the windshield 1.5 hours from home. Went to see them, they set up an appointment to get windshield fixed on same day as inspection. Great helpful staff there as well. If there more stars in ratings they would get them all. Thanks

I brought my truck in as I was having issues with my rear differential. The staff was very friendly, they had it fixed in a very timely manner and the bill was lower than I was expecting. Very happy. I definitely recommend Automotive Unlimited.
